Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Ankora Pest Control website or engaging our services. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and utilizing the pest control services provided by Ankora Pest Control, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Ankora Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services. The specific scope of work, frequency of treatments, and targeted pests will be outlined in your individual service agreement or Protection Plan contract.
3. Billing & Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless you are enrolled in an auto-pay Protection Plan. For recurring plans, your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the agreed-upon billing date. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and applicable late fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. If you wish to terminate an annual Protection Plan before the end of the term, early termination fees may apply as detailed in your specific service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we use industry-leading techniques and EPA-approved products, we cannot guarantee the complete eradication of all pests indefinitely, as pest behavior is subject to environmental factors outside our control. Ankora Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
